1.Who we are

MBAOnlineIndia.com (“MOI”, “we”, “us”) is an independent discovery, comparison and Alumni Support Team guidance platform for online MBA programs in India. We are not a university, and we do not grant admissions, degrees or scholarships ourselves.

2.Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.

3.Fees, waivers and accuracy of information

Program fees, specialisation lists, eligibility criteria and admission timelines published on this site are indicative and subject to change by the universities at any time. We verify figures periodically, but the university's official website and offer documents always prevail over anything published here.

Waiver and support-code information describes options that may be available in a given admission cycle. Nothing on this site is a promise of a fixed, guaranteed or minimum discount, scholarship or fee reduction. Availability depends on the university, the cycle and your profile.

4.Alumni Support Team guidance and support services

Our Alumni Support Team guidance is based on experience and publicly available information. Decisions about admission, enrolment and payment are yours, made directly with the university concerned.

Community support for enrolled students provides peer discussion, guidance, notes and doubt resolution. It is not academic outsourcing — we do not complete assignments, projects or examinations on a student's behalf.

5.No guarantees

We do not guarantee admission to any program, the availability of any waiver or scholarship, examination outcomes, or career or placement results. Any claim to the contrary, made anywhere, is not authorised by us.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including scraping content at scale, submitting false enquiry details, attempting to disrupt the service, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

7.Intellectual property

The content, design and branding of this site belong to MOI unless otherwise stated. University names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the institutions and programs being described.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOI is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative information published on this site, from decisions made with universities, or from interruptions to the site's availability.

9.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
