Privacy Policy
The short version: we collect only what we need to counsel you well, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
1.What this policy covers
This policy explains what information MBAOnlineIndia.com (“MOI”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to all pages on mbaonlineindia.com, including our enquiry and Alumni Support Team guidance forms.
2.Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill a form — to talk to an Alum Team member, check waiver or support-code options, or ask a question — we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, city, and the program or university you are interested in.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we receive standard technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
3.How we use your information
We use the details you share to respond to your enquiry, provide Alumni Support Team and admission guidance, check applicable waiver or support-code options for your profile, and stay in touch about your online MBA journey if you have asked us to.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your details with universities or partners except where it is necessary to act on your specific request — for example, supporting your application to a university you have chosen.
4.Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) and processed by the small Alumni Support Team. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. We retain enquiry data only as long as it is useful for supporting you, after which it may be deleted or anonymised.
5.Communications
If you submit a form, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry. You can ask us to stop at any time — a simple reply saying so is enough, and we will honour it.
6.Cookies and analytics
We use minimal cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. We do not use this data to build advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.
7.Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to us at info@gprep.education and we will respond within a reasonable time, ordinarily within 30 days.
8.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update this page and revise the date below. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
9.Contact
Questions about privacy or your data can be sent to info@gprep.education, or through the contact page.
